Official data requests

When you load SEC data, your browser sends the CIK and concept to our Cloudflare Worker. The Worker requests the public SEC API with an identified user agent. Public responses may be cached for one hour. The SEC and Cloudflare process requests under their own policies. Server infrastructure necessarily processes network metadata.

Local files and exports

Uploaded JSON files and comparisons run in your browser. We do not upload file contents, maintain accounts or store research notebooks. Reports download to your device. Local MCP tools make no file reads, network requests, model calls or telemetry; your assistant has its own data handling policy.

Optional measurement

The usage checkbox is off by default. If enabled, we record a coarse event name, day, site, sample/own/QA mode, allowlisted source label and a random identifier valid only for this page visit. No CIK, concept, values, document contents, email or IP address is written to our measurement table. Interest and survey buttons separately authorize their specific anonymous event.

Events are deduplicated within a visit. Reloading creates a new identifier. They are not verified users, customers, retention or revenue. Public reports contain aggregate counts only and exclude QA. Rows older than 34 days are removed on a later measurement request; an idle table may retain expired rows longer.

This tool is an independent AGI Scorecard experiment, not affiliated with or endorsed by the SEC. Source links do not certify accuracy. Financial research requires reading the original filings. Paid features are unavailable. No purchase, reservation or payment occurs when you express interest.
